"Yesterday, our lights began flickering, appliances went to error messages and furnace/heater stopped working. This morning I called 4 local electricians based on their 5 Star Google and Yelp ratings. Dan, the owner replied within 15 minutes of my message. Since he is located in HB, he was able to go to my home and was there within the hour. My wife said Dan was so pleasant, nice, knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed our electrical issue and found that everything internal within our home was working properly and stated the issue could be with SCE. He called Edison for us, informed them of the issue and set up a service call for us in 3-5 days. THIS IS GREAT SERVICE! Do you know how long it would have taken us to call Edison and stay on hold to request a service call. Been there, done that. Dan also informed us that we can get reimbursed by SCE for his invoice and the HVAC invoice, if the issue turns out to be related to Edison (which it probably will be) which we plan on filing a claim later after Edison fixes the issue. Regarding the furnace/heater, the transformer in our furnace was damaged due to the power surge issue. He called his HVAC contact and made an appointment for later today to get this repaired. Coincidently his HVAC contact is our HVAC company that we use, Shawn Lambert (see my review on Shawn Lambert HVAC). Great companies associate themselves with great companies. Thank you Dan for your prompt and timely service today. We will be referring you to our friends, co-workers and family for their electrical needs and you will now be our primary electrician."
